Challenge
The industry was heard but never recorded: meeting reports and letters were scattered, members’ problems arrived by phone and got lost, and gathering members for elections and a quorum was hard.
Approach
A formal Persian site with light and dark themes, a panel the secretariat uses to publish a report in about five minutes, online voting with a truly secret ballot and PDF minutes, and a member app on the phone.
Result
5 min from meeting minutes to a published report. 3 kinds of online vote, with a truly secret ballot. 12 sections ready for later phases, on the same code.
