Challenge
An architecture studio’s information lives across email, spreadsheets, shared folders and messaging. Versions get lost, client approvals are never recorded and nobody knows whether a project made money until it ends.
Approach
One system where every phase, drawing, decision, hour and invoice is connected: CRM and proposals with digital signature, seven design phases with client approval, drawing review with mark-up on the drawing itself, version control and transmittals, site visits from the phone and real profitability per project. Approving a phase issues its invoice.
Result
3 portals: studio, client and contractor. 15 roles, with permissions enforced on the server. 7 design phases, each with a client approval gate.
