Challenge
Loads are sold line by line at the stall, but everything ran on carbon paper and a calculator: every number written twice, balances a day behind, settlements with the grower by guesswork — and the market’s internet can’t be trusted.
Approach
A sales screen that asks for just four numbers and works out the rest, printed and SMS invoices, a settlement that balances against the weighbridge, and full offline recording — plus a complete visual identity.
Result
15 s design target for recording each sale line. 0 re-keying — the invoice goes out by SMS instantly. 54 automated tests on money, weight and sync.
