Challenge
Gold wholesalers trade with dozens of partner shops by phone and messenger, at rates that change every few seconds. Every trade had to be confirmed, written down twice and settled later — and a misheard number costs real gold.
Approach
A partner app that signs in with a one-time SMS code and locks the rate for 30 seconds on every buy or sell, price alerts and conditional orders, transfers for approval, PDF receipts and statements in PDF and Excel; and an admin panel with an approval queue, auto-approval rules, per-partner rates and limits, items, site prices and ready-made Instagram rate posts.
Result
30 s locked rate, with a countdown, on every partner trade. 2 ways to settle: approved transfers and statements in PDF and Excel on the Persian calendar. 1 code base, installed under each business’s brand — first at Atarzadeh in Yazd.
