Challenge
Each company’s details lived in several separate spreadsheets; when a business filed a new request, nobody knew what it had received before. Minutes were filed in folders and resolutions were followed up by hand.
Approach
One record per person and company with every request, working group and resolution; resolutions with an owner and deadline, the currency-committee and resistance-economy forms, Excel reports, a full audit trail and recoverable deletes.
Result
17 working modules, all around one shared record. 68 permissions — new roles without a developer. 60 Persian, right-to-left screens with a Persian calendar.
